Roasted Cabbage

Whenever a recipe calls for cabbage it seems to call for a half or a quarter of a head of cabbage. Then the rest of the cabbage just sits in the refrigerator and doesn’t get used. I discovered this recently to use up my leftover cabbage – roasting!

Spray cabbage slices with non-stick cooking spray. Then top with whatever seasonings you have on hand. I used salt, pepper, and grated parmesan cheese. Roast at 450 for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
