Italian Green Beans

This green bean recipe came from Taste of Home magazine, except I drastically cut down the amount of fat called for in the recipe.  That’s one tip for healthier eating. Whenever I’m trying a new recipe, I look first to see if there is something I can cut out to make it healthier. In this case, the original recipe called for 1/4 cup of butter plus 1 tbs of olive oil. I cut it down to just 1 tbs of butter. The rest was just overkill. For Weight Watchers, it drops the points per serving from 4 to 1. The butter, lemon, and Italian seasoning is a tasty combination.
